Social Media Content Creator and Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and results-driven Content Creator and Social Media Coordinator and with strong photography and editing skills. This role will manage our presence across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and Pinterest. You will be responsible for developing engaging content, growing our social media audience, scheduling posts and driving brand awareness. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage social media content calendars for all platforms. Creating high-quality visual, engaging, original content including videos, photos, and reels that resonate with our audience. Be comfortable coming in front of the camera to represent and promote the brand through stories, live sessions, and video content. Generate original ideas for reels, stories, and posts aligned with brand aesthetics. Schedule, publish, and monitor content performance using analytics tools. Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align content with campaigns. Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions. Also includes reposting tagged content. Track key performance metrics and suggest data-driven improvements. Stay updated on trends and platform updates to ensure relevant and innovative content. Coordinate influencer partnerships and brand collaborations. Maintain an organized digital asset library for easy access and effective content planning. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Content Creator with a portfolio showcasing photography and video work. Proficient in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, editing on each platform). Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Pinterest, and emerging platforms. Excellent written and visual storytelling skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, content calendars, and deadlines effectively. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable appearing on camera and presenting brand messaging confidently. Passion for sustainability and organic products is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in lifestyle, fashion, or children's product industries. Knowledge of SEO and social media best practices. Experience with influencer marketing.
