Scene It is looking for a Content and Social Media Specialist. This person selected must have previous experience in a small to mid-size entrepreneurial business environment, as well as producing pertinent, interesting, and creative content for a variety of digital platforms.

The Content and Social Media Specialist will create and distribute content in various formats across multiple channels with the goal of enhancing our brands and driving digital follower expansion. This role will report to the owners directly.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Working knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, and other platforms.
• Manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities.
• Familiarity with photography and videography for use in social graphics and content.
• Design graphics experience.
• Produce and edit video content.
• Create and curate content for our digital site and social media platforms.
• Design branded physical memorabilia.
• Assist with proofreading or editing other content before publishing.
• Perform background research as needed.
• Review live content monthly and create reports outlining success rates.
• Ability to visit local establishments and gather content for our social media platforms.

Experience:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in similar role
• An understanding of the best use practices for social media networks such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
• A firm understanding of video copyright laws and YouTube s terms of service. Prefer a working knowledge of SEO
• Proven ability to communicate with tact, clarity, and accuracy.
• Excellent proofreading skills, and ability to translate technical information, and convey it to a lay audience
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines without supervision
• Someone who enjoys building relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Organizational, as well as computer skills are also required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
