In this role, you will craft compelling, witty, and brand-aligned captions for social media platforms that connect with audiences, enhance engagement, and strengthen our clients’ online presence.

As a Social Media Caption Writer at Social Beat, you’ll work closely with designers, strategists, and digital marketing specialists to create content that brings ideas to life across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and YouTube. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and experienced writers passionate about digital storytelling, social trends, and brand communication.

Key Responsibilities

Write engaging, concise, and creative captions for various social media platforms.
Collaborate with the design and strategy teams to ensure captions align with visuals and campaign goals.
Adapt tone and style of captions according to brand voice and target audience.
Stay updated on current social media trends, hashtags, and viral content strategies.
Conduct basic research on industries, products, and audiences to create relevant content.
Review and edit captions to ensure grammatical accuracy and brand consistency.
Maintain content calendars and meet deadlines for multiple projects.
Suggest creative ideas for campaigns, contests, and interactive posts to boost engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in English, Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent writing and communication skills in English.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and audience behavior.
Ability to write catchy, clear, and effective copy in limited character space.
Basic knowledge of social media analytics and SEO is a plus.
A creative mindset with the ability to adapt tone and messaging to different brands.
Proficiency in using tools like Google Docs, Microsoft Word, and social media scheduling platforms.

Experience
