Social Media Senior Specialist 资深社交媒体专员

We are a multinational group company founded in 1999, headquartered in Irvine, California, USA. We have direct branches and subsidiaries in the United States, China, and Canada. Our business covers overseas immigration and education, assisted reproductive medical services, and international wealth management. We are now looking for an experienced Social Media Senior Specialist to drive growth in the U.S. market. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media, have a creative mindset, and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow company accounts on Xiaohongshu, Douyin, YouTube, Instagram, and WeChat Channels to increase brand exposure and client leads.
• Create engaging posts, short videos, and live streams tailored to immigration audiences.
• Identify and leverage trending topics to drive traffic and lead generation.
• Build and manage online communities, respond to comments, and convert public traffic into private traffic.
• Use data insights to optimize content for higher engagement and conversion rates.
• Coordinate with the headquarters social media operations team

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management; proven track record on Xiaohongshu, Douyin, YouTube, or live-streaming platforms preferred.
• Familiar with both Chinese and U.S. social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
• Strong skills in content creation, trend spotting, copywriting, and photo/video production (shooting & editing).
• Experience in community management and converting public traffic to private traffic.
• Creative, data-driven, and strong communication skills.
• Candidates with social media operation experience in industries such as immigration, study abroad, overseas real estate, investment, or assisted reproductive medicine are preferred.
• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese.

岗位职责：

• 负责公司在小红书、抖音、YouTube、Instagram、视频号等平台的账号运营与内容发布，提升品牌曝光度和用户转化率；
• 结合移民政策及公司移民业务，策划并创作有吸引力的图文、短视频及直播内容；
• 把握行业热点和平台趋势，提升流量获取与客户线索转化；
• 运营粉丝社群，及时回复互动，将公域流量转化为私域流量；
• 基于数据分析优化内容策略，提高播放量、点赞率、转化率;
• 与总部社媒运营部配合

任职要求：

• 至少2年以上社交媒体运营经验，有成功运营小红书/抖音/YouTube/直播账号案例者优先；
• 熟悉中美两地主流社交媒体的算法、玩法及规则；
• 具备内容创作、热点捕捉和原创能力，熟练掌握图片/视频拍摄与剪辑技能；
• 有社群运营及流量转化经验，沟通能力强，富有创意和执行力。
• 有移民/留学/海外房地产/投资/辅助生殖等行业自媒体运营经验者优先
• 掌握中文普通话

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
