Social Media Manager and Content Creator

We're one of the top precast concrete manufacturers in the U.S., seeking a talented content creator to elevate our social media presence.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage Instagram and TikTok accounts
• Create engaging reels, TikToks, and photos of beautiful homes, installations, factory operations, and projects
• Collaborate with our team on weekly content planning (2 in-person days/week, 4-8 hours, flexible schedule)
• Drive engagement and expand brand presence
• Travel to project sites to take photos of residential homes
• Edit photos and videos for social media posting

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be local to Long Island with ability to meet in-person twice weekly at our Plainview office
• Creative mindset with proven reliability
• Expert knowledge of Reels, social media trends, and product marketing
• Demonstrated experience building or managing successful social media growth
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for project site visits
• Portfolio of previous Instagram/TikTok work required

COMPENSATION

• Starting salary: $1,000/month (based on experience)
• Growth opportunities available
