Our office is a cosmetic surgery office. We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our e-commerce platforms. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of social media trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create engaging content including graphics, videos, and written posts that resonate with target audiences.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities.
• Utilize tools such as Hootsuite to schedule posts and analyze performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing objectives.
• Conduct photography sessions for content creation as needed.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
• Proofread all content before publication to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in an e-commerce environment.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design and content creation.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with public relations strategies and techniques.
• Ability to analyze data from Google Analytics or similar platforms to inform strategy decisions.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box while maintaining brand integrity.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A passion for photography is a plus, enhancing visual storytelling capabilities.
