Job Title: Social Media Content Creator & Live Sales Associate (In-Person)

We're looking for a creative and energetic individual to join our in-house team and bring our products to life through compelling social media content and live selling.

Job Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Social Media Content Creator who is confident being in front of the camera, passionate about building community, and ready to help drive brand awareness and sales across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. In addition to content creation, you’ll also assist with order packing and fulfillment—making you a key part of both our marketing and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging photo and video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels/Stories, and Facebook
• Host TikTok LIVE sessions to showcase and sell our products in real-time
• Be the on-camera personality for product showcases, tutorials, and promotional videos
• Collaborate with the team on content ideas, social strategy, and campaign planning
• Monitor content performance and adjust based on trends and analytics
• Assist with order packing and fulfillment during downtime or non-shoot hours
• Represent the brand with professionalism, energy, and creativity

Requirements

• Must be comfortable and confident in front of the camera
• Proven experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of current social media trends, especially TikTok
• Ability to shoot and edit short-form content using phone apps or basic editing tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work on-site at our Sugar Land location

• Experience with live selling or live-streaming on TikTok and Instagram
• A personal or professional social media portfolio to showcase
• Basic photography/videography or graphic design skills
