Job Title: Social Media Specialist

Location: Charlotte, NC (Lower South End near Costco)

Salary: $38,000/year (Semi-Annual Performance/Incentive Reviews)

About Us: We are a high-growth e-commerce startup founded in 2021, specializing in unique, premium quality cocktail accessories. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a creative and driven Social Media Specialist to join our team. You’ll work directly with the founding partners to strategize and develop content, drive organic growth, and engage with our community.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Create engaging video and static content for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Manage affiliate partnerships
• Develop and manage posting schedules.
• Implement and refine engagement strategies.
• Actively engage with customers and respond to comments/messages.
• Come up with creative ways to drive engagement and sales
• Review analytics, create weekly review agenda, and adjust/refine approach based on results.
• Film/edit content using Premiere Pro
• Create graphics using Canva Pro

Administrative Duties

• Respond to comments
• Perform various administrative tasks to support daily operations.

Qualifications

• No formal education or certifications required.
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook is essential.
• Creative mindset with a unique approach to building and growing social media platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
• Proficiency with computers required.
• Preferred: Experience with Canva Pro, Premiere Pro, Adobe Lightroom or equivalent Photo & Video editing software.

Note: This role does not offer remote work arrangements at this time. 80% of the role will be focused on Social Media related activities. The other 20% will be customer communication and admin duties.
