Role Description

This is a contracted Certified Freelance PSM role located in the State of Florida. The Certified Freelance PSM will be responsible for providing calculations, as-built drawings, and other remote services pertaining to the certification of GPS data provided for commercial and residential development.

Qualifications

• Professional Surveying and Mapping (PSM and/or PLS) certification within the State of Florida
• Experience with GIS & CAD
• Ability to conduct accurate surveys and create detailed maps
• Excellent data analysis and interpretation skills
• Knowledge of land surveying principles
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Mapping, Geomatics, or related field
