Social Media Coordinator - Romance Books

Are you a romance novel fanatic with a knack for crafting engaging content? Do you love bringing stories to life on social media? We’re looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join our team at a romance novel start-up in Austin, TX!

The Role

This position is perfect for someone who is comfortable both writing and producing content, with a strong understanding of social media platforms and trends. You’ll be working on creative campaigns, developing content, and engaging with a passionate community of romance readers.

This individual must be willing to travel to romance conventions around the country with our Love On Demand team. This year, our team will be attending 4 events outside of the Austin area.

What We’re Looking For

• Romance Reader Required – If you don’t read romance, this isn’t the role for you!
• Social Media Savvy – Experience creating and managing content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Strong Writing & Storytelling Skills – You know how to hook an audience with compelling copy.
• Editing Skills (Bonus but Not Required) – If you have basic editing skills for social media content, even better!
• Austin-Based (In-Office Required) – This role is full-time with an in-office requirement for working hours.
