Marketing and Social Media Assistant

Job Title: Content & Engagement Coordinator

Soulmate Customs is growing fast, and we’re looking for a creative, organized, and detail-obsessed Content & Engagement Coordinator to help us manage our community, support content production, and track performance across platforms.

This is the perfect role for someone who lives online, has a great aesthetic eye, and wants to play a key role in a viral, love-based, Gen-Z-favorite brand.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Respond to Comments & DMs across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Snapchat using our brand voice (wholesome, spicy, fun, and real)
• Take Product Photos for Pinterest + upload clean, organized folders to Drive
• Coordinate Giveaways & Broadcasts (Google Forms, Winner Selection, Reminders, etc.)
• Create Content for ads, organic posts, or test content on secondary accounts
• Track Performance: Help review weekly social stats (engagement, reach, trends) and report on what’s working / not

You’re a Good Fit If You:

• Are super organized, reliable, and quick to communicate
• Love engaging with people, commenting, and keeping up with viral trends
• Can take clear, aesthetic phone photos and organize assets neatly
• Are curious about what makes content go viral and want to improve brand visibility
• Enjoy working behind-the-scenes to help a brand grow authentically

Bonus Points:

• You’ve used CapCut, Canva, or Pinterest for business
• You’ve managed or helped grow a social media page
• You’ve used Notion or Google Sheets to track content performance

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 – 35 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
