We’re seeking a creative and organized Social Media Coordinator to join our team and lead the charge in planning, coordinating, and optimizing social content across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage scheduling platforms for content scheduling and planning.
  • Develop and present engaging post concepts in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
  • Update and maintain the client document list with current content and strategies.
  • Collaborate with photographers to ensure all visual content needs are met.
  • Work closely with the Graphic Designer to produce high-quality, on-brand visuals.
  • Partner with the Vertical Video Coordinator to establish video concepts and timelines.
  • Write compelling copy aligned with brand voice and audience interests.
  • Schedule content for client review at least two weeks in advance.
  • Plan and execute quarterly creative meetings with relevant teams.
  • Stay informed about social media video trends, best practices, and platform specifications to optimize content performance.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in social media management.
  • Strong copywriting skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Creativity
  • Strong communication, multitasking and analytical skills
