We’re looking for aSocial Content Specialistto help shape the voice of beloved, iconic brands and connect with audiences through captivating, culturally relevant storytelling.
In this role, you’ll design eye-catching static content, edit short-form videos, and bring fresh ideas to life across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. You’ll also play a role in light community management, ensuring every audience interaction feels authentic and on-brand.

YOU WILL:Content Creation (90%)
Produce visually compelling, platform-native content that resonates with diverse audiences
Design static graphics and edit short-form videos aligned with brand guidelines and campaign goals
Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to ensure creative consistency
Track and apply emerging social trends, platform updates, and new formats
Support the creation of toolkits, templates, and creative briefs
Community Management (10%)
Monitor and engage with audiences across owned social channels (Sprinklr experience a plus)
Respond to key comments and messages in a timely, brand-appropriate manner
Identify and escalate emerging trends, opportunities, or potential issues
YOU HAVE:2+ years of experience creating social media content (graphic and video)
Portfolio showcasing strong design and/or standout social content
Proficiency in design and editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, etc.)
Solid understanding of social platforms, trends, and best practices
Experience with social media management tools (Sprinklr preferred)
Strong copywriting and communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, design, or related field preferred
