Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. REBORN is an independent Creative and Media agency delivering campaigns with cultural impact and commercial performance. They are seeking a Freelance Account Director to help with new client wins, focusing on developing strong client relationships and leading integrated creative campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strong relationships with senior client stakeholders while keeping a presence with day-to-day client teams
  • Understand the client’s business and stay abreast of industry trends, and seek ways to add value to drive the business in terms of creativity, market share and brand recognition
  • Lead integrated creative campaigns and work closely with the internal Strategy, Project Management & Creative teams to develop exceptional results-oriented work
  • Experience with Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok and Pinterest.
  • Sell strategic and creative concepts to your clients, driving new initiatives and promoting the agency’s values
  • Stay up to date with digital technology trends and monitor tools and best practices for campaign effectiveness

Skills

  • 5+ years managing digital accounts in an agency environment, including performance marketing ownership
  • Proven track record of hitting ROAS, CPA, or revenue targets through holistic channel management
  • Deep expertise in Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and at least one of TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, or retail media networks
  • Comfortable briefing and interpreting GA4, Data Studio, and platform analytics dashboards, turning signals into strategy
  • Strong understanding of creative optimisation variables, offer strategy, and full-funnel attribution models
  • Confident communicator with senior executives and technical teams alike
  • Methodical organiser able to juggle multiple workstreams without sacrificing detail
  • Keeps a finger on the pulse of platform updates, privacy shifts, AI and automation tools
  • Able to work remotely while maintaining visibility and momentum
