About Us

We’re a property coordination start-up company with services that include business systemisation for corporate companies. Our tech-aligned services help businesses streamline operations through business systemisation, automation, web design, and SEO. These are high-value services with strong earning potential.

We’re looking for a strategic, creative freelancer who can tailor their approach to our services, become a subject matter expert on our two service streams, and drive growth through marketing.

Role Responsibilities

  • Promote tech-aligned services on LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Create curated content for each social platform using Canva Pro.
  • Manage email marketing lists and send periodic campaigns.
  • Write occasional blogs to educate our audience and leverage our blog page.
  • Review performance analytics and report back to the team bi-weekly.
  • Manage outreach to corporate decision-makers.
  • Update and manage SquareSpace landing pages for lead capture.
  • Develop strategic marketing plans tailored to our services.
  • Submit all posts, email campaigns, and blog drafts for review at least 24 hours before posting or publishing. Approved content should then be scheduled for posting.

Compensation Model

  • Commission-based pay:

5–20% on all services, depending on experience and performance.

  • Scope to convert to fixed monthly pay if you consistently meet KPIs.
  • Open to negotiation for commission rate.

Example: £400 deal at 10% = £400 commission.£8000 deal at 10% = £800 commission.

Experience and confidence with

  • SquareSpace email campaigns
  • Canva Pro
  • Social media scheduling apps
  • Excellent English and grammar skills for professional communication.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn growth strategies.
  • Positive attitude, curious and inquisitive, friendly, and brings good vibes.
  • Big on strategy and able to tailor marketing approaches to our services.
  • Comfortable working on a commission-based model.
  • Possibly has other projects or revenue streams on the side.
  • Experience in social media marketing, email campaigns, and content creation.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach.
