Seeking Local Creative to Help Film Social Media Content (St. Cloud, FL)

I need someone local to help me film some casual video content for my business. Here's the thing - these are meant to be authentic and unpolished, not slick production pieces. I'd actually prefer the raw, real look.

The situation: I'm pretty comfortable in front of the camera, though I'm sure I could use some direction. I'm not worried about getting a perfect take - things can be edited out later. I know what I want to say and I'll just talk naturally to the camera, do multiple takes, and edit the footage myself afterward.

What I'm not confident with is the technical side - lighting setup and audio management. My entire house has tile floors, which I know creates audio challenges, but I do have excellent natural light throughout the day. I also have some nice outdoor areas we could work with if that makes more sense.

What I'm looking for: Could I figure this out? Probably. :) Do I want to? No. :) I'd really appreciate having a professional with me to handle the technical aspects and bounce ideas off of. Your creativity and expertise would be valued - I'm completely open to your suggestions on where and how to film once you see the space and understand what I'm trying to communicate.

I'm really pretty chill and easy to work with - I just don't want the hassle of managing the technical side myself.

Equipment: Honestly, I'd be thrilled if you could just film me on my iPhone 15 (I have a terabyte of storage) and call it a day. But if you prefer to use your own equipment, that's fine too - I just need all the raw footage transferred to me before you leave. We're a bit behind the 8 ball on timing through no fault of anyone's, and I need to get right into editing. So if you're using your own equipment, let me know what memory card I need to buy so you can hand it to me when we're done.

Usage rights: I need to be able to use the footage however I need (FB, IG, Twitter, YT, website, email funnel) without royalties - it's for my business ads and marketing. You're absolutely welcome to use it in your portfolio or on your website, no problem there. I just need to make sure I can do what I need with my own content once we're done.

Timeline: I need this done sometime during the weekend of November 29th - December 2nd. I'm flexible with respect to day and time - I'll make it work around your schedule. If nobody's available that weekend, I totally get it and I'll just muscle through it myself. But if you are available, I'd really appreciate the help.

Just know that if we film during the day, there's excellent natural light throughout my house. If we film in the evening, you'd need to bring lighting equipment.

Location: Saint Cloud, Florida - you'd need to come to my home.

Important note: I completely understand these terms might not work for everyone. If you're not comfortable transferring all footage to me immediately when we're done, or if the usage rights situation doesn't align with how you typically work, I totally get it - no hard feelings at all!! I appreciate you taking the time to read this, and perhaps we can work together on a different project in the future.

For this particular project, though, I need someone who's comfortable with these terms. We both need to feel good about the arrangement, and this is where my comfort level is for what I need to accomplish.
