What You’ll Be Responsible For

Conduct virtual meetings with clients who have already expressed interest in exploring insurance solutions.
Identify client needs and guide them through the best coverage options available.
Work exclusively with high-quality, company-provided leads — no prospecting required.
Stay informed on product updates, industry trends, and compliance standards.
Participate in ongoing online training and coaching to continue developing your skills.

Preferred Qualifications

You hold — or are prepared to obtain — a life insurance license, and we’ll guide you through the process.
You communicate clearly, connect easily with others, and build trust naturally.
You’re motivated, coachable, and eager to grow with the right support.
You’re comfortable with technology and confident meeting clients via Zoom or similar tools.
You stay organized, manage your time well, and thrive in an independent work environment.
Background in sales or customer service is helpful, but a positive attitude is even more important.
You bring professionalism, integrity, and a genuine desire to help clients.
Reliable internet and a computer are required for this role.
