They are seeking a creative and organized Social Media & Marketing Intern to enhance their digital presence and assist with marketing operations.

Responsibilities

Create and schedule content for LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram
Manage email marketing campaigns (copywriting, scheduling, analytics)
Design social graphics and marketing materials in Canva
Own the content calendar and brainstorm new ideas
Produce short-form video production and promote brand storytelling
Track performance and engagement metrics
Oversee co-branded marketing efforts with Gritty's partner companies
Support leadership with administrative tasks and general operational needs

Skills

Experience using LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram
A portfolio of social, design, or content work
Experience with email marketing platforms
High proficiency in Canva
Strong writing, creativity, and attention to detail
Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks
Interest in marketing, branding, content creation, or career development
